Based in Broussard, Louisiana, Skeeter Contractors is a full‐service general contracting company that travels within the state of Louisiana. Skeeter constructs and manages projects in commercial construction which consists of the following sectors: Healthcare, Education, Financial Institutions, Offices, Multi-Family, and Tenant Improvement.

Skeeter is owned and operated by John Romero and Brandon Stutes. It began by building investment properties and the two decided to merge and create Skeeter Contractors in 2015. Our company and our culture are built on strong leadership and a commitment to our core values; safety, quality, ethics, and integrity. We strive for the highest ethical standards and we hold ourselves to a high standard for the quality of our projects.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGement

Skeeter uses specialized project management techniques to manage the planning, design, and construction of a project, from beginning to its end. The purpose of CM is to control a project's time, cost and quality. CM is compatible with all project delivery systems, including design-bid-build, design-build, CM At-Risk and Public Private Partnerships

DESIGN BUILD

Combining the function of an architect, engineer and construction manager into a team, Skeeter provides an integrated approach that is focused on the specific needs of  your project. By working with the selected design team from the design phase of a project to its construction, we help insure that the cost of the project stays within your budget, and the integrity of the design is efficiently maintained through out the project. 

PRE-CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

Establishing a proper budget and construction schedule is crucial to the success of the project. Skeeter has continuously demonstrated an ability to help our clients achieve a better understanding of the project needs and developing a comprehensive plan that meets the criteria. Our pre-construction services are tailored to suit each projects needs.
